US vetoes UN Security Council resolution on Gaza ceasefire

Description
The UN Security Council has rejected yet another draft resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza. It was put forward by 10 non-permanent members, and called for an immediate and permanent truce. It also demanded the release of all Israeli captives held by Hamas. Only the US voted against the resolution, using its veto for the fourth time.
