“I never really thought about how festivals, gigs and tours are organised, nor does that sound too exciting written down, but this podcast is class.
Really interesting to hear from the people who make metal gigs and tours work, the funny stories, challenges and workings. Even if you’re not into metal it’s a refreshing take on music podcasts. The added lockdown/COVID impact adds to some of it too.
Plus there’s no gimmicks or anything, just straight into it and Gav comes across as a sound guy! Hearing about all the considerations made for festivals and tours might make you think twice before you start hammering a festival promoter for not putting on your favourite band haha!”
