Coming from her perspective as a certified health coach as well as drawing on her own experiences as a dancer, she spoke about what it means to be in a healthy place as a pre-professional ballet dancer. When it comes to mindset work as well as eating habits, Jess has become the go-to for dancers to repair and replenish themselves. She gives some great "how tos" on the day-to-day caring for your whole body and mind.
