BIO:
Christine Bar Noël, born in France, is an entrepreneur, World Champion ballroom dancer, podcast host and life balance coach. She guides mission-driven entrepreneurs to break cycles of perfection and self-doubt through sustainable habits and manifestation in order to create their life by design. Her entire goal as a life balance coach is to show people that there is more to life than what we’re told, you just have to do your own research and own your happiness. Christine focuses on gaining clarity by removing the energy wasters and setting clear goals to maintain focus. She travels the world with her husband and is passionate about the art of conversation and authenticity which she shares on her podcast “Recovering Perfectionist”. Life is all about balance and Christine will show you that the smallest changes can create the biggest results.
