Description
Welcome to the eighth day of the Chakra Balancing Course, which spans over ten days. Today, we will delve into the characteristics of the Crown chakra, also known as the Sahasrara. We will then proceed to meditation to acquaint ourselves with the energies present.
Located at the top of the head, the Sahasrara chakra is positioned opposite the Base chakra. It extends upwards towards the sky and links us to the universe. The Crown chakra is responsible for governing inspiration and idealism, connecting us to everything that surpasses our earthly state. It is crucial to keep this chakra open to draw down universal energy. Interestingly, the Sanskrit name Sahasrara translates to "a thousand petals."
Music, "Soul Awakening" by Maura ten Hoopen, features the 963 Hz frequency, believed to enhance the connection with one's higher self and improve the thought process for manifesting desires.
