“I’m posting this to provide feedback not to be mean but to be honest. I love LOVE Trevor Hall and was very excited to hear an interview with him. I have to say I was disappointed with the direction of the conversation. It felt shallow and he seemed to be cut off a lot with the host talking about herself. I tuned in again because I was intrigued to get to know more about Aaron. I love him and I’m also a Packer fan. After listening I felt like I wanted to hear more about him. Again, it felt shallow. The questions seemed empty and didn’t give us the listener any idea about his life growing up or his family. That is what this listener has been wondering for a long time. How is it being a NFL quarterback? How has it affected his relationships? His life? It skirted the surface. I hope the host can look within and really decide if she is presenting a podcast to help us know the person being interviewed or trying to let us know how awesome she is. Asking Aaron what his favorite candy is after talking about not eating sugar for half the interview. What about His relationship with his brothers? parents? Growing up in California? Dressing up for fun? Where did all of that come from? Maybe he said beforehand he wasn’t going to talk about his family. But he started to share certain ideas he was taught growing up and then the interview ended. A follow up question of where did you learn those ideas? Not Even giving us one little bit of an idea of what his relationships are like today.”
