Interesting and scholarly
I took 4 years of Biblical instruction in undergrad. Then I started teaching Humanities at a college level and realized most of what I had been taught in Bible college was a lie, cherry-picking or negotiation with the academic information. So I love this podcast. I love hearing the contradictions and scholarship behind the Bible. If Christians were taught to be less fragile in their faith, they could learn about textual criticism and see that this makes Jesus as a historical figure more not less interesting.
