“Lazy. They’ve just stripped audio from the television broadcast. Many times the audio will reference many visual aspects like “take a look at the screen” that doesn’t translate well to podcasting. Also concerning how they portray abuse victims, like Pamela Smart’s statutory rape and questioning whether another victim privately complaining about their husband’s physical abuse should be held responsible for someone else murdering him. Just poor ethics.”

“5 stars because I LOVE Dateline! 😊 BUT... these podcasts are not edited for the ear. They reference visual things that would be on the TV screen which, of course, we can’t see. It’s basically the audio from Dateline episodes. A bit frustrating sometimes, but it’s still awesome to listen to. 👍🏻”
