David Hoffmeister in Spain - 4th. Session - Movie Workshop - Weekend Retreat, Malaga - Oct. 20, 2024 David uses a Star Trek movie at the last session at the Malaga retreat to talk about The Holy Spirit and that it is the highest interpretation of the world, allowing for complete non-judgment. It teaches us the contrast of variable perception, where no two people see the same world. This makes relationships difficult, as they are not seeing the same world as a projection of personal beliefs and preferences. The Holy Spirit allows us to come to peace of mind by raising our consciousness to the highest perspective possible. This is what Jesus experienced on the cross. In human existence, we don't really have a comparison of truth and illusion. We're just dealing with a bunch of images that seem to have reality, but there's no contrast of anything else. It would be like a child asking their parent, "Tell me what eternity is like." The parent's like, "Uh-oh." "I don't have a remembrance, I don't have any experience to tell my child about that."  English with Spanish translation.
