Could not listen to the whole thing...
I really wanted to like this story. I love all things zombie. I love Variant Frequencies and was pleased the Stringers were involved. I enjoyed the Prologue, that's what originally drew me in. Sadly, I found the characters to be stereotypes/charactures. They felt pretty one-dimensional. The story was rife with cliches. By the 6th chapter, the whole affair felt trite and I could not carry on. For whatever reason, it really stuck in my craw that the author described a noxious odor as "really bad". "Horrific", "foul beyond all reckoning", or "it was like someone vomited the country of India on a bucket of fish heads" all would have been more descriptive. But I'm weird like that. This is all my humble opinion, please try the story on for yourself. I hope it's a better fit for you than it was for me.

More reviews of Dead Hunt
Ok a previous person obviously didn't listen to the whole story because we heard what happen w Paul.. Yes it's pretty cliche but it doesn't mean it's not an enjoyable listen, yes it's obvious but it's still a decent podcast.
