“What a treasure Alyson Stoner is. I forgot they existed, but was brought back to my childhood when their podcast short popped up on my page. I always knew, even as a young child myself, that child starts had rough lives. As hard as it is to listen to what these kids go though, I’m grateful someone is speaking up about the nitty gritty. It didn’t even occur to me that their psychological development is being hindered as a young child until they mentioned it. Babies, toddlers, young kids! It’s all so detrimental. What a fascinating and horrifying thing to realize that we’re (as in the parents, producers, and agents) are to blame for the child-stars inevitable downfall. What a broken system.”
