Thought provoking and supportive!
I was so happy to find Nina’s podcast. I haven’t really been able to find much content about friendships and it’s a topic that’s important to me (to many of us, I’d presume!). I find the themes really thought provoking with tangible ideas I can apply to improve my friendships. I love how Nina explores the many methods on which friendships blossom (text, blogs, phone, etc) and threads some interesting tidbits about her friendships throughout. Definitely recommend! It makes my work out routine much more enjoyable, and I always feel like reaching out to a friend after.

There are not enough people talking about this incredibly complicated, relevant and super interesting topic and no one better to do it than Nina. Love this podcast.
