The fatherhood journey has emotional phases. We should talk about that more. At some point, just being resilient isn’t enough. I encourage all fathers to find safe spaces to emotionally dump the toxins within. That’s what this episode was for me. If you feel a way, process that feeling. When necessary, seek professional help.   This conversation, as do most, provides a transparent view of life through the lens of fatherhood; however, it does not exclude women.
