i was the lady in the 2nd story more or less. her letter brought up so many memories and i just wanted to reach out to her if possible. i wish there was a way to connect with her... the advice given was really accurate and i believe that she will one day soon understand why it is necessary to just swim in the grief for a while. thanks for the show!

I love that Cheryl and Steve talk about real stuff-the good and the bad. We hear stories about all kinds of people and their genuine problems. So great to reinforce how we are all related and all share many stories. Hearing the solution to one, can offer solace to many.
