Simply excellent
I’m amazed at how offended people become at the mention of race, biases, sexism, privilege - these aspects of our world deserve balanced insight and discussion - not to be swept aside or overlooked to spare feelings. That said, I too am tired of my fellow liberals not able to see past it (ever). It’s PART of things - inequities are not everything everywhere always. And that said - this podcast does an excellent job of setting the place and time with viewpoints of people that were there with a present day lens. Definitely has an agenda, one she’s not hiding and I may or may not agree in the end but regardless this is an excellent podcast. My only small criticism so far: no need to translate “silhouette” from Spanish to English for your audience. Also BIG points for the host not doing the ads. Always a good choice for credibility of the host and for advertisers. I never trusted any host that took on Blue Apron or Best Fiends , etc

Meh
The production is really annoying: the lame music and dumbed down writing. Also not enough citing of Robert Katz’s book Naked at the Window, sadly. He did a ton of work including some of the original interviews played throughout this. Should be mentioned more.
