Dave Pelletier, CPPB is responsible for surplus property and overseeing the operations and activities of the Distribution Center and Purchasing for the School District of Springfield K-12, the largest district in the State of Missouri.  Kara M. Daniel, NIGP-CPP, CPPB has been in public procurement since 2004 and is the Purchasing Manager for the School District of Springfield R-12. Kara serves the Missouri Association of Public Purchasing (MAPP) as the chapter President (2019-2021) and The Institute for Public Procurement (NIGP) as an Area 6 Chapter Ambassador. In 2017 Kara received MAPP’s Buyer of the Year (large entity) award. In 2019 Kara received MAPP’s most prestigious award the Linda D. Windsor Distinguished Service Award.
