“The conversation with Lee Child was fascinating. I enjoyed hearing about how he came up with his pen name. His description of how he approached writing as a second career was great. It was also interesting to hear how he’s planning to retire from writing. I didn’t realize Lee Child was British but I wasn’t surprised he is tall. As a Reacher fan, I approve of the casting of Alan Ritchson over Tom Cruise. I would like to hear about how the author becomes successful. Did he struggle to sell his first book? I would love to hear you interview Amor Towles who was mentioned in this interview. I love that the conversation is with author’s favorite cocktail. Did you consider doing these interviews with video? That would be more fun to be able to watch the interview as well as listen to it.”

“I just listened to the Lee Child’s interview and it was great! I love thrillers.
I can recommend another Child: Craig Childs, who has written imaginative travelogue books based in prehistory that discuss artifacts and is able to bring the lives and fates of prehistoric people to life.”
