spectacular ♥️
i love the intimacy, the casualness, the deep dives in to the “nerdy process stuff”, i love it all so so much! authors to me are what pro athletes and oscar winning actors are to most people. i am so happy for content like this. I would not presume to suggest future guests, except for that you asked for suggestions at the end of the Jennifer Egan episode. So, if I could be so bold, I would love elizabeth strout, ann patchett and andrew sean greer. thank you for the beautiful uplifting program 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Host has a relaxed but engaged and informed style that draws out great stuff from the guests. Nice insights into the writing life and beyond. These are people you’d want to have a drink with yourself

I can’t tell you how invigorating it is to find a literary podcast that isn’t riddled culture war non-sense (leftists monopolize the space). I’m grateful that this podcast this just focuses on authors and their works/creative processes without any political bend. Please keep this up for my sanity!

I just listened to the Lee Child’s interview and it was great! I love thrillers. I can recommend another Child: Craig Childs, who has written imaginative travelogue books based in prehistory that discuss artifacts and is able to bring the lives and fates of prehistoric people to life.
