Review of episode 29
Overall good show but I have two main complaints: 1: It seems you called the us a democracy. When according to all official documents the US is a republic not a democracy. Our founding fathers purposefully set it up this way because democracy and autocracy both will ultimately become a socialist nation. 2: When Donald Trump was president you didn’t need to be near the top 10% of earners to qualify to buy the average house in America. The math behind this claim: if the average house is $412,000 and you put 20% down the household income needs to be around $110,000 to qualify for that loan. To be in the top 10% of earners (based of 2020) data your household income needs to be $137,500. All on a personal note tax policy under Biden cost me ~$3,500 more a year under than under trump even though my gross income has decreased by $5,000. I’m a mid level engineer and many colleagues of mine face similar situations. So yes most Americans do believe this because they are looking at their bank accounts and how much disposable income they have. Media members can claim the opposite but it doesn’t change the reality that most Americans face.

Not intellectually rigorous like other podcasts on the topic but it’s a fun ride exploring alternative, heterodox explanations. If you like conspiracy content in general you’ll enjoy this podcast!

If there was a most improved award for podcasts this show would get it. The interaction and flow of the conversation and information these days is so much better than the first seven or eight episodes. There’s so much work behind all of this, that’s always been clear, but now it’s also easier on...Read full review »
