“I’ve been a fan of Ali since he started and find his inquisitive nature both thoughtful and inspiring. Although there are occasions where he appears to be ageist since he found success early. For example it’s not true that you won’t be hired in your 30’s and 40’s as this is a requisite for nearly all leadership roles. Also the majority of successful founders are 40+. Lastly the narrative of having kids early is not true, women are increasingly having healthy children later in life after dedicating their 20’s and 30’s to a successful career - it would be good to explore this and you other topics with more female guests. This is still one of my favourite podcasts and I look forward to Ali exploring some varied perspectives on certain topics for more inclusivity:))”
