“Due to Covid I have had to uproot from my home in New York and I have landed back in the small hometown where I grew up. The change has been incredibly jarring and not great for my anxiety. Insomnia has been excruciating and only adds to the negative feelings I am constantly battling these days. I feel like I’ve tried every possible sleep podcast and this one absolutely works the best for me! I am astonished at how much content Jason is able to put out.
