“I discovered this podcast in early December and recently made my way through all the episodes since June. It’s so refreshing to get an informed analysis about current events from intelligent, thoughtful, and witty men and women. I am in awe of Kori Schake’s intellect and am grateful for her “Tiara of Optimism” as it helps to balance my own “Thorny Crown of Entropy” that I share with Rosa Brooks. David Rothkopf: thank you for insisting on an equal mix of men and women both on Deep State Radio and in your time at Foreign Policy (I think I have that right) as mentioned by Rosa in one of your episodes. It has inspired me to push harder in both my own career and my volunteer work in a youth girls softball league to make a more concerted effort to get more women in leadership. I look forward to every Tuesday and Thursday and only wish each episode was even longer.”
