Jessica Webster is a mother, partner, and career pilot residing in New Hampshire. She is a private executive jet captain with 20 years in the aviation industry. Driven by value creation through cultural transformation and continuous improvement, Jessica is the Founder and President of Hera Aviation Group; a non-profit organization and coaching and development-based consultancy group dedicated to making the aviation industry a more inclusive environment for women, caregivers and underrepresented cohorts. Hear more about the obstacles Jessica faced in her career after returning from maternity leave and how she advocated for herself and how this led to the creation of her non-profit that promotes belonging and being valued in the aviation industry.
