Correct Details Matter!
I’m only 10-15 episodes in, but I’m screaming at my phone because your timeline and several details are off! For just one example, the kids were dead before Lori and Chad got married, in fact, they died before Chad’s wife died. I wonder if Chad even had any interaction with them besides burying them. The welfare check wasn’t at the burial property, it was at Lori’s apartment in a very snowy Rexburg winter months after they died (so your guest didn’t know anything either as he talked about looking for disturbed ground). There weren’t months of calls for welfare checks, the grandparents had just finally become frustrated and then called the welfare check in November after not speaking to JJ for a couple of months. Kudos to Rexburg PD for doing what Chandler PD missed for months. Lori is a master manipulator, Chad is disgusting, Alex killed everyone, they are ALL responsible! And Chad never divorced Tammy. And Lori never divorced Charles. I like your quick clips and reports and I know you’re doing a lot of cases at the same time, but get the details right, please!

Lots of repetition to create “new mini episodes”. If you listen frequently you’ll get a lot of re-runs. Also in the Chad Daybell trial pods, there is some problems with repeat testimony/continuity of actual trial timeline. Gets confusing when you hear the identical testimony you heard in the...Read full review »

Nevertheless, Idaho's failure to adhere to their speedy trial requirements is absurd absent any time extensions due to competency challenges initiated on Lori's behalf. A state is not entitled to any extensions by merely asserting that a defendant isn't competent for trial. They...Read full review »
