Contemplating the White Space
Design Tomorrow challenges the listener to simultaneously think broadly about the impact design has on the human experience, and to focus in on the smallest details that cumulatively impact the what, how and why we design everything. I have long been intrigued by Chris Butler’s writing and speaking on how the current state of design informs the future of living in designed spaces and interacting with technology. Through this podcast, Butler explores the (white) space where observation and contemplation spark the ideas that will become the designs of tomorrow.
