“All five of my kids (of varying ages), as well as my husband and I, all loved the first movie. The little girls melted our hearts as they melted Gru's heart. The way that love was shown through those characters in addition to all the humor, especially with the minions, made the movie an instant classic in our book. We can't wait until the next movie.
In the meantime, though, if you are big fans of Despicable Me and are planning a trip to Orlando, FL, you should go to Universal Studios, if you can, and ride the new Despicable Me ride there. It is a mini movie ride that is based on the one-year anniversary of the girls' adoption. The story is so cute and filled with minions. We just got back from a trip there and thought it was one of the best rides at that park. I am not associated with Universal in any way… just a mom who enjoys entertainment that my whole family can enjoy together. Despicable Me is exactly that.”
