Kate and Izzy describe it as a dream come true - an incredible moment after more than ten years of hard work. And their excitement shines through.
They talk about the hard work that goes into training from the breathing work that's necessary to the demanding time spent in the gym. Both have families who have competed at high levels in aquatic sport - one relative competed in the Olympics in London. And Kate and Izzy's mums competed together.
