Keeps Getting Better
I thought Sessions was going to be a one note podcast about a poker player in Vegas. Man was I wrong. The premise alone was interesting enough to get me listening: a seasoned professional gambler grinding out a living at the live low stakes poker tables while trying to learn from his past mistakes and improve his lot in life so he can be a better man and father. This is a podcast that demands to be listened to in order. DGAF’s gambling history as a long time high stakes crusher. His financial problems and bad luck that led to massive debt and a trip down to the $2/5 hold em tables. His weekly trips back and forth from Vegas to Cali in order to make money while still being a good father for his kids. His detailed notes from each poker session he plays. All of these build episode to episode reaching a crescendo where you’ll find yourself rooting out loud when his daughter’s basketball team executes the perfect play he designed or when he finally flops the nuts and gets paid on three streets and the pros flee his game. I hope DGAF stays in the action and finds the results that will get him where he wants to be. I will continue to follow along for the ride and look forward to enjoying his weekly Sessions.

DGAF takes you on the rollercoaster ride that is his life on and off the felt. Join him as he very honestly covers his finances, poker, relationships, children and much more. You will undeniably learn something about life. I can really relate to the self proclaimed poorest-richest man in the world.
