“It's like listening to a couple of your buddies ramble on for a bit about your favorite show. You get some chuckles, a little insight and some witty (and sometimes not-so-witty yet still endearing) banter. Thumbs up. I listen to a number of the Lost podcasts out there. This one is my top three. But if it is hardcore theory crunching you are looking for, you ought to search elsewhere. This cast is a light and fun look at Lost.”
