Enlightening and compelling podcast with witty and funny hostes
Adam, Rosie and their guests (Mark and Bob) explore the Twin peaks episodes based on a theme or an angle and try and do explain several arcs of the show by using several tools: Anthropology, Sociology, Mythology, Psychology, Philosophy, History and of course, cinema analysis and storytelling. Revealing the depth of this universe and tell us anecdotes about the making of; without occurring its problematic. They are investigating on the show with a humourous and heart-warmed view on it and describe the little details such as foods ; Haircut and outfits in the show. So I highly recommend it: it’s very entertaining with a erudits content and very nice people ! I just wanted to add for non-Anglophone listeners: As a french, I think it’s very understandable even though, there’s some technical terms and you’ll make huge progress in English. Have a nice listenning !
