Practical and Encouraging
I happen to like cooking but didn’t grow up with a mom who cooked or taught me how. I’m not that confident in the kitchen. I like this podcast because it speaks to many kinds of moms but in particular is a voice for moms who maybe don’t love cooking or who aren’t great at it but recognize the benefit to kids of having good meals and not just take out/ frozen - but they do talk about frozen foods they use and love! It’s still I think a good resource for more “foodie” moms too. They have guests who talk about exposing your kids to different kinds of foods, working with picky eaters, making “Gram” worthy lunches, making cheap and simple lunches, and so on. As a full time working mom the podcast is relatable and inspiring.
