The host is young (to me), but she’s quite mature!
I am a perfectionist who falls into depression or anxiety easily. Listening to Hannah’s experiences and her thoughts on dealing with hardship always help me lighten up a bit and get motivated again. When I first found her podcast, I was thinking, “what can a girl in her 20s give me some inspirations on life?” I am in my early 40s. But then I realized that emotions are universal; people in different age spans could experience the same frustration, jealousy, and depression. I was really impressed with one episode about comparison. I tear up as the host choked up. That feeling is totally relatable. Thank you, Hannah, for sharing. You words healed me to some level.
