I listened to two episodes and found them very insightful. I’m childfree and proud of my decision. But had to unfollow today when the hosts qualified their latest episode by saying Israel’s launch of IDF to drive Hamas out of the country is described as nothing less than genocide. This is just categorically false. In short: Israel is fighting back against Hamas, and Hamas has implicated innocent Palestinians. If you know anything about Hamas, they are a terrorist organization that uses and abuses the people of Palestine in their attacks on Israel. Hamas doesn’t care about Palestinians, they physically locate their meeting places under hospitals and schools in order to use the people of Palestine as human shields and give Israel a bad look when the IDF has no choice but to deliberately seek out members of Hamas and in doing so encounter these poor Palestinians. Israel is NOT actively fighting innocent Palestine civilians. Hamas came and targeted innocent Israelis, the IDF went to Palestine to fight Hamas, Hamas threw innocent people in the forefront of the fight to shield themselves. So in reality, Hamas is killing Israelis and Palestinians. Please pay attention to how the world works. Im not some psycho far right weirdo, I’m a person who watches the news on multiple platforms across the political spectrum and actually seeks out factual truth about how the world works. What this hosts did in attempting not to lose pro Palestine listeners is completely disregard all these facts about the greater workings of the world. It would be better to say nothing than speak out about topics on which you are so clearly uneducated and end up sounded like fools. Further, this puts a bad name on childfree individuals (since your podcast reps us) who actually pay attention to world politics and events, and furthers the stereotype we’re all a bunch of selfish dingy millennials.

I only wish I’d found this podcast sooner! When I was first trying to decide about having children, I didn’t know of ANY child free content or spaces and felt so alone and weird for even questioning it. Now I’ve learned there are so many people like me and my partner, and Dinky has been SO...Read full review »

I don’t know how I discovered Dinky but as someone who does not have a big child free community around me, I am super grateful to have what feels like 2 friends in Erica and Kristen in each episode. They are having conversations and providing perspective that is so needed in this era, and I often...Read full review »
