She is also an adjunct senior fellow with the Center for a New American Security. RITA previously served as a non-resident fellow with the Modern War Institute at West Point and has held post-doctoral fellowships at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts, and at the University of Pennsylvania.
