“In one of their most recent episodes (The Love Witch) the hosts unfortunately undermine their own point when one of them asserts that the female Japanese filmmaker’s brand of feminism is too “white” and ”terfy”. They probably should have spent more time assembling a coherent thought between the two of them before recording an hour and a half of this. Anna Biller has issues obviously (conspiracy theory tweeting), but I don’t think it’s these two cis men’s place to have such strong convictions about something they seem to have an incredibly shallow understanding of. Misogyny is too strong a word, but these two boys and their podcast feel like they are definitely on their way to radicalization.”
