Discovered with Pavement Series…AMAZING
Had been following this podcast but haven’t really bit off the commitment to listening as the concept kinda confused/intimidated me for some reason. The Pavement Discography with Bob Nastanovich series (of which I’m currently listening to #5 right now, first four already down) blew those fears outta my mind. This a great podcast and host David is thorough and fair in his assessment of the catalog of Pavement (which I’m sure goes for all the other discographies he’s already tackled). Unlike so many podcasts where the host is busy buttering up the guest(s) because they were happy to get a return e-mail, Dave can be a contrarian but forgiving, respectful, and understanding. I’ll be working my way back through the series.

It’s literally the most ideal podcast ever created. They go DEEP. I love occasionally pausing and listening to their recommended songs, listening with fresh ears, then coming back again. Highly recommended. 5 out of 5 stars :)
