Best development podcast out there
It’s took me numerous podcasts and hundreds of episodes over the years to finally discover the s-curve and all the great material Whitney has written and spoken about. Where other podcasts have fallen by the wayside this one has firmly kept its place and become a companion and thinking aid in the long walk to work. I’ll summarise why the podcast series is so engaging in the following: Authentic - Whitney truly believes in what she says and her passion to help others progress and move forward is really evident. Quality - The guests on the podcast are of a very high quality and she creates very natural conversations - as well as learning lots from the guests you can tell they are gaining a lot from the questions being asked. Questions - Whitney demonstrates a fantastic coaching approach, giving the guests time to tell their stories whilst managing to intervene at the right times, she is not afraid to challenge tone or language to give clarity to the audience. Great summariser - The ability to summarise and reflect on the conversation that has happened. Responsive - Despite being super busy Whitney has always replied to my messages in s thoughtful way. I can fully appreciate the time that goes into planning and recording this series which may get list as she makers it sound so effortless ! Rich C
