Best legal podcast out there
The conversation flows nicely and both Epps and Baude offer thoughtful, nuanced takes. Never any cheap shots, never any theatrical outrage, and always generous to whatever the “other side” believes—you can’t find that in most legal podcasts these increasingly polarized days! As a recent law school grad, I can say that this podcast reminds me of my favorite lecturers and class discussions, and I always make tuning in a priority. Keep it up!
