Best SCOTUS podcast
First Mondays, the late podcast co-hosted by Dan, was a fantastic podcast because of its in depth analysis of the Court and its legal doctrines from an academic point of view—great for legal nerds. But the one flaw was the both hosts were unquestionably left of center and sometimes had a hard time representing other points of view, even though they generally tried to be fair. At the time, I wished they had a right of center scholar like Will Baude on the pod to provide more a balanced perspective and thoughtful disagreement. Low and behold, dreams come true! Out of the ashes of First Mondays arose the pheonix of Divided Argument. The only thing that could make it better is if it were regularly scheduled.

This podcast is great. The hosts dig deep into the issues before the Court.
