First Mondays 2.0
As a big fan of First Mondays before it fell apart and who has been searching for a replacement ever since, to me this podcast is its spiritual successor. It’s a factual discussion on the Court, their rulings and machinations in an approachable way with minimal political spin. The hosts are former Supreme Court clerks and current law professors, so know the personalities, laws and topics well. Easy to listen to and learn from, this is a fantastic way to get your coverage of the Court.
