Fair and even-handed, though I will say Will does a better job of persuading me of the merits of originalism than Dan does of persuading me of the merits of squishy living-constitutionalism or whatever. And I say this as a liberal whose sympathies lie with liberal outcomes in most cases…”

“Could Prof. Baude speak up slightly more, especially at the end of his sentences? He tends to start to lower his volume, which makes it hard to make out his entire thought, even at maximum volume.”
