Insightful, Accessible, but not Dumbed-Down
As a non-lawyer who, admittedly, has a bit of a nerdy love of the law (potentially made obvious by the fact that I am reviewing a law podcast), I really like this show. It’s balanced and fair, but not in a fake way. Abuse and Epps disagree often, but never in bad faith, and their discussions bring out a lot of nuance and insight. Gotta say, as a dyed-in-the-wool, bleeding-heart, flaming liberal who likes his jurisprudence as progressive as he is, I’m even loving Prof. Baude and his way of seeing the world and the law. Definitely worth a listen and a subscribe.
