Best Legal Podcast
Dan and Will are refreshingly frank and their conversations are largely free from hyperbole and strawmen. Rather than regurgitate the same take as others using different words, they present new ideas or at least new ways of looking at the same idea rooted in their somewhat idiosyncratic perspectives on the law. And, of course, they are very intelligent, well-informed, and good communicators.

Listened to quite a few different scotus podcasts and I think this one tends to do the best job of going into the technical analysis related to a case. I’m thrilled to have a Supreme Court podcast that both digs well below the surface when analyzing SCOTUS developments and declines to toe a party line. One audio recommendation: Right now the volume differential between the podcast proper and the intro and outro is pretty jarring.
