“Having just visited St. Benedict Parish the podcast on Priesthood made me realize how effectively the insights of Divine Renovation can inspire, encourage and enable a priest like me, 44 years in ministry, to see that 'the best is yet to come'. This understanding of priesthood makes clear that one is not to be alone in the priestly work. I am more appreiative of personal prayer, conversations with co-workers in the parish, and the gift of the laity in allowing the priest to be 'Priest, Prophet and King'.
A question; Is there a term limit for the members of the Senior Leadership Team? How does one manage the change of personel when needed?
