My introduction to the angelic realm was through my children. They would come and tell me there were angels in their rooms when they were toddlers. They didn't describe them with having wings or halos above their heads, but rather by color. I hadn't spoken to them about angels at that time, but they knew who and what they were without guidance from me.  I didn't share the spiritual experiences I had growing up with anyone, I didn't have a platform to understand them. It can be difficult to feel safe sharing what you've seen, or what you have sensed with those around you.
