This is a guided body scan meditation, first creating comfort, ease and peace in the body − legs, buttocks, hands, torso, neck and face. Removing tightness and tense. Then when the body is calm, looking at the mind, asking "How peaceful are you now?" and "How can I become more peaceful?" − remembering to be kind to the past, and kind to the future.
