I'm back with another episode of the “Do Divorce Right” podcast! This week, I wanted to share some of my thoughts on health and wellness. I've been listening to a lot of podcasts and reading articles about this topic lately, and I've been thinking a lot about what it means to be healthy for me and my family.
I've realised that I'm no longer interested in setting goals around weight loss or looking differently. Instead, I want to focus on brain health and holistic wellness. This means taking care of my physical body, of course, but it also means taking care of my mental health, my social connections, and my relationships.
This episode is just a bit of insight into how I’m currently thinking about health and wellness, and the challenges that we face in trying to make healthy choices.
