Gosh, I’m listening to today’s episode and I can relate to the anxiety so much. I would say I have really bad anxiety too, I’m a teen (almost 17) and it gets really bad at night. Really bad. To the point that every night, I check my closet like a child, even though I would know if someone was in my room or comes in my room because it’s so small. And I live in the country side of my town, the only house is my house and a few kind neighbors, so I would know if someone came, but it’s anxiety that makes me think that I HAVE TO check everything before I go to bed. Most nights I cry myself to bed for no other reason than thousands of thoughts coming to me, that I can’t even think about one thought at a time.
