Description
It is widely believed that people work best in innovation when they are being most authentic to themselves. As a result, they need to bring their whole selves into the workplace. But is this an idea that can be more readily expressed than executed? Is it a good idea to be your true self in work? How do we compensate people for work in which we’re asking them to bring their whole, true selves? And for people does this actually mean they are always working and always on? This is a discussion on the latest edition of DockPod, the podcast from The Dock, Accenture’s global R&D hub.
