Frustratingly fantastic
And why frustratingly ? Because it feels like ages in between episodes. And that’s not a gripe about the hosts taking a long time to drop new goods, but me saying that the content is SOOOOOOO good, I want more. Natural hosts who make the listening experience feel like we’re eavesdropping on a quiet conversation in a cosy pub. I love how you’ve got the studio directions for these lost classics. When you reveal various directorial choices or ideas it really brings to life what we sadly can’t see. Anyway, really looking forward to The Smugglers, The Savages and The Highlanders in particular. Three stories that feel very mysterious. Thank you and take care

A gem of a series that really gets into the nitty gritty. For anyone that has even a passing interest in how, why and what missing episodes of the show exist, it’s genuinely in a field of its own in this medium.

Bicycling in Singapore! A war in Sierra Leone! And, at the heart of it all, the treasure of...Read full review »
